Forest Swirl Green, White and Gold Glass Dish, 5 1/4-inch fused glass square dish

Handmade in my home studio in sunny Dunedin, Florida, this unique glass dish showcases a beautiful blend of light green, gold, and white swirls. Some of the green has a sparkle to it when reflected off of sunlight. With the swirled mix of colors, this small decorative dish gives the appearance of striations of dark and light green, with faint hints of gold amber and white bands embedded in the glass.

The creation process involves carefully cutting the glass, fusing it at 1485 degrees, then cooling and refiring it at around 1200 degrees to shape it into the dish you see in the photos. This process takes approximately two days to complete, resulting in a stunning piece of fused glass art. As a natural part of the glass fusion process, some small air bubbles are visible.
